Overview, finances and preferences...
Summary
The first tab of the My Account section is an overview of the numbers of total contracts, active contracts etc. that exist in your account.
Account Summary
Invoices
The invoices tab is a record of all invoices issued for your account. Clicking the 'View' button on any row will take you to the relevant PDF invoice which includes data usage itemised per device.
If Card Payments are enabled for your account a 'Pay' button will also be visible beside each outstanding invoice.
Invoices listed by billing period.
Account Preferences
You can set your spend monitoring threshold here.
Set the threshold to trigger email alerts.
Monitoring Alerts
Spend threshold alerts are sent out by email. This is an optional user profile setting which can be changed on request.
Please contact our support team if you would like to change existing or create any new user accounts.
